Course includes small lessons 5 minutes each: every lesson shows the technique of separate move that you can use while dancing on heels
Here you can find techniques for the plastic of your body; techniques of HEELS dance (how to stay and dance correctly and safely on heels; hair moves, body waves and rolls) and also some moves from dancehall and vogue.

Prepare for the course
Dress nice for the lessons! You need to love your look in the mirror! Better if you wear smth tight - you need to see your lines, but also you need to feel comfortable! You can even wear a dress in some lessons!
You don't need special clothes, but if you want - our "Fraules wear" fits you for sure!
You need shoes with a thin heel and flexible thin base and open toe. Heels height can be from 7 to 12 centimetres. Shoes with sharp toe or in platform won't let you feels the weight of your foot on the floor and hookup with the floor
